My cousin was refused entry into the country and Joseph was recommended to me. As soon as I eplained the situation to Joseph, he was able to reassure me and provide me with the next cause of action. He led me through the appeal process which was succesful and now my cousin is able to travel to the UK on holidays. I found Joseph very competent and professional.
