    I cannot rate Polly highly enough. Professional, knowledagble, polite. However, to me, what was more important than her all-round abilities as a solicitor is her "bedside manner", realism and grounded down-to-earth understanding of a situation. She has gone far beyond the call of duty, always been helpful and understanding, explained everything brilliantly and made a nasty situation far less scary.

    I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone who asked for my opinion.
