I act for corporate clients in Tribunal and HR related issues. I advise at the initial stages of the disciplinary or grievance process and draft the ET3/defence. I prepare the statements and bundles and carry out all of my own advocacy. I have a bias towards discrimination law and often represent at hearings lasting up to 7 days. I represent clients nationwide and am familiar with most of the Tribunals in the country.
My success rate is 99% in that claims are either won outright or that I have the claim struck out. I have represented at over 300 Tribunal hearings since qualifying in 2003.
I also provide training to HR departments on all areas of employment law. I have acted for corporate companies as well as small businesses. I review contracts of employment and handbooks to ensure compliance with legislation.

Kavita advised me on a Tribunal case that was brought against me. Her preparation for the hearing was faultless. Her advocacy was brilliant and the case was successfully won.
