I contacted Kavita after one of my employees, who I had to dismiss, was claiming unfair dismissal and that Working Time regulations had been breached.
Kavita gave a very prompt and professional response and explained everything to me in a manner that made it clear what my position was and what steps had to be taken to avoid legal action being taken against my company.
She took my call out of normal office hours, which I very much appreciated. Most of all I could not praise Kavita enough

Kavita advised me on a Tribunal case that was brought against me. Her preparation for the hearing was faultless. Her advocacy was brilliant and the case was successfully won. Prior to the hearing, she worked diligently on the case and was available practically 24 hours a day. I would not use anyone else and have in fact instructed her again to look at my current staff handbooks.
